God’s Word of peace needed

Read an E-news report on the post-election violence that erupted in Nigeria during 2008. Need to do this!!!

Nigeria - God's Word of peace needed
According to BBC news reports, hundreds of people have been killed and thousands more have fled from their homes in the city of Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria after post election violence erupted.

As the city slowly recovers, the director of Bible League ministry in Nigeria urges for people to pray for the country.

“Many lives were lost and many churches and other properties were burnt,” he said. “But we thank God that our staff are safe. (They) were trapped in the office and shootings were going on around. The staff gathered together to pray, and God in His mercy spared their lives. Please keep praying for us.”... Read whole report
